Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a landing page cost?

Landing pages start from $800. That is a starting point, not a fixed quote. Book a free scoping call for a real number.

How long does it take?

About 1 to 2 weeks after I have your content.

Do I own the page?

It's your choice. You can own and manage the page yourself, or I can manage it for you. We agree which of the two before work starts, on the scoping call.

Can't I just use a page builder instead?

Sometimes, yes. If you need a short-lived placeholder, a page builder can be enough, and I'll tell you if that's your case. A custom-built page gives you full control over speed, page metadata, structure and design, while some builders restrict parts of this depending on the tool and plan. If the page is a main source of enquiries, that control is worth considering.

What happens after launch?

Ongoing work is a monthly retainer, starting at $1,200/mo.

Next.js or WordPress?

Next.js, or WordPress when you want to edit the page yourself. I choose based on who will maintain it after launch.

How We'd Work Together

Step 1

Discovery call

I ask questions until the requirement is actually clear. I don't start building against a guess. If something's ambiguous, I'll flag it rather than assume.

Step 2

Scope agreed, work begins

Once we're aligned on what's being built and why, I start. No scope creep surprises later because we didn't nail this down first.

Step 3

Frequent updates while I build

You get regular progress updates, even small ones. You shouldn't have to ask where things stand. Core, high-stakes pieces get built carefully, and lower-stakes pieces move fast so we can iterate on real feedback.

Step 4

Launch and handover

Ship it, and walk you through anything you need to run or extend it yourself.
